Exchange and Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges for nutrition products (proteins, amino acids, etc.) unless the customer receives an incorrect or damaged product.

Below are the criteria for an exchange or return:

1. Receipt of an incorrect or defective item.

2. The period for requesting a return or exchange of the product is within 15 calendar days, counted from the moment the product is delivered.

Returns due to an error in product selection (flavor, size, etc.) are not accepted, so we suggest you verify your shopping cart before finalizing payment.

3. The product must be new, sealed, in perfect condition, and in its original box.

4. To proceed with the return, an email must be sent to: asistencia@saschafitness.eu with the following information:

• Customer's full name
• Order number
• Mobile phone number
• Product name
• Date of purchase
• Photographs or video of the defect, if applicable
• Reason for returning the product

5. You must wait for email confirmation to begin the return process, which will be processed in approximately two business days.

- Return costs will be covered by Sascha Fitness Spain only if the return is due to our error in shipping (as mentioned above).

- Sascha Fitness Spain will send the customer the steps to follow for product return via email and will wait to physically receive the returned product to confirm that it meets the return specifications:

• Within 15 calendar days
• The product has not been used
• The product is in good condition and in its original packaging
• The product matches the order

- Once the return is approved, the product can be exchanged or refunded (it may take up to 2 business days for the return to be approved). If the product meets the specifications, a physical exchange of the item will be made; if we do not have the item, a refund for the total amount of the product will be issued.

Under no circumstances will cash refunds be given to the customer. The refund is made exclusively by the same method as the payment was accredited.

- The cost of return due to a manufacturing defect or receipt of a damaged product is covered by Sascha Fitness Spain.

- For any manufacturing defect, you must notify us immediately within the first 3 days after purchase to evaluate the case and follow up (subject to evaluation and resolution by the Sascha Fitness Spain team).

Claims

The customer has 72 hours to notify Sascha Fitness Spain via email of a problem with their order (damaged box, missing product, etc.). After this period, Sascha Fitness Spain reserves the right not to accept the claim.

We reserve the right to modify or change return policies at any time, so you should review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their publication on the website.

We are not financially responsible for lost packages or packages sent to an incorrect address if the error was on the customer's part, so we suggest that before finalizing the purchase, you verify your complete delivery address to avoid shipping mishaps. Please ensure your address includes street, external number, internal number, apartment number, neighborhood, municipality, district, postal code, and if possible, some references and a contact phone number.

Your data will be kept for the strictly necessary period to comply with the aforementioned precepts, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them. The legal basis for processing is compliance with a law and/or the contractual relationship we maintain with you.

The submission of this form implies the formalization of your right of withdrawal and, consequently, the termination of the obligation to execute the contract entered into between the parties. We remind you that, as this is a food product, the right of withdrawal can only be exercised as long as the products are unopened, in perfect condition, and with all their security seals intact. Once your request has been processed, ONLINE FITNESS SALES SL will send you an acknowledgment of receipt through the communication channel you have indicated in the form. We remind you that you must keep it as proof of the exercise of your right of withdrawal.
