Sascha Fitness España will deliver orders throughout Spain, excluding Ceuta and Melilla and including the Balearic and Canary Islands. Shipments to the peninsula are managed through the Seur agency, and shipments to the Balearic and Canary Islands through Correos.

To find out the coverage offered by each transport company, contact them directly.

Before finalizing your purchase, we suggest you verify the complete delivery address to avoid setbacks with the package due to common errors. Please ensure your address includes:

- Street

- Number

- Floor and door (if necessary)

- Municipality

- Postcode

- Contact phone number.

If necessary, you can also specify some references or details.

Once the package has left our facilities, we will not be able to make any changes to the address.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within the next 2 business days after your purchase confirmation. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Once the preparation process of your purchase is complete, a tracking number will be generated and provided to you via email to the email address registered at the time of purchase.

Shipping Time

The estimated delivery time will be 1 to 4 business days depending on the workload of both Sascha Fitness España and Seur, which may lead to additional delays on special dates such as Christmas or Black Friday.

If you make a purchase on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the delivery time will start counting from the next business day after purchase confirmation.

Delivery will be made to the indicated address and may vary according to the policies of the specific transport agency (please note that there are areas where couriers do not have daily deliveries; check their policies directly). The delivery schedule depends exclusively on the corresponding transport agency.

Please note that certain eventualities such as weather, transport delays, invalid/incomplete addresses, or peak seasons may cause delays in package deliveries.

Shipping Cost

The cost of shipping our products to the peninsula and the Balearic Islands is €3.99 for home delivery, and €2.99 for collection at a Pickup point. Shipping will be free for purchases over €99.99.

Air Shipments to the Canary Islands

The estimated delivery time in the Canary Islands is 4 to 10 business days depending on the workload, which may result in additional delays on special dates. Sascha Fitness España is not responsible for customs delays.

Shipping Cost

Shipments to the Canary Islands have a fixed cost of €9.90, regardless of the quantity of products purchased and/or the total amount of the order.

This amount only includes the cost of air freight to the Canary Islands. Under no circumstances does this price include taxes or customs costs, which must be paid by customers at the time of delivery.


    Delayed Packages

    Sascha Fitness España is not responsible for packages delayed by the corresponding courier company. The customer must follow up and file a report with the courier's customer service number so that they assume responsibility and inform of the reasons for the delay, as well as the package's location.

    If your shipment tracking does not show movement or status change after 3 business days, you must initiate a claim within the courier's website.

    If you have a claim and your problem persists or is a specific case, please contact the Sascha Fitness España team at asistencia@saschafitness.eu so we can provide you with the necessary support.

    Delivery Exception

    In case no one is found to receive the merchandise, the courier provider will make another visit to your home. If delivery is still not possible on that visit, the product will be held at a courier company office for a determined period according to each courier's policies. Please contact the customer service department of the corresponding courier to schedule delivery or collection at the offices, as after the storage period expires and the package is not collected, it will be returned to origin. In this case, the customer will have to pay the corresponding shipping costs again for the order to be re-sent to the same address or collection point. It is the customer's responsibility to receive or collect the order within the assigned deadlines by the courier.

    If an order appears as delivered in the tracking system, but the customer has not received it, they must contact us within a maximum period of 15 business days from the registered delivery date. After this period, we cannot guarantee the management of the incident with the courier company, so it is essential to notify us within the established time frame to provide adequate assistance and follow-up.

    Incorrect Address

    We are not responsible for shipments made to incorrect addresses. Orders are sent to the address specified by the customer when entering their data, so it is their responsibility to verify personal data before finalizing the purchase and to contact the courier company in case of any error in their shipping data.

    Shipments to Europe

    Portugal (mainland)

    The estimated delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, with the option of both home delivery and collection at a pickup point.

    Madeira and Azores

    The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 business days, with the option of both home delivery and collection at a pickup point.

    The estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 business days, with the option of both home delivery (standard or express) and collection at a pickup point.

    The estimated delivery time is 2 to 6 business days, with the option of both home delivery (standard or express).

    • Home delivery: €11.99

    With the purchase of two products or more, the shipping cost will be €15.99.
